The electron density ne of Blobs has been measured with the Helium line ratio technique looking with a Fast camera system to helium to the gas from a puffing tube [1]. The comparison of the ne-turbulent structure and that of the emission brought us to the preliminary conclusion that the helium neutrals become also turbulent due to the coupling with the plasma fluctuations. In the present experiment we will try to repeat the measurements but looking to the helium neutrals recycling at a poloidal limiter.
