Wendelstein 7-AS

The Wendelstein 7-AS (Advanced Stellarator) is located at the Max Planck Institut für Plasmaphysik (IPP) in Garching, Germany. [1] It has been operated from 1988 to July, 2002; its successor is the W7-X stellarator.
