Multichannel Soft X-Ray system

TJ-II Soft X-Ray camera array

The TJ-II multichannel soft X-ray system consists of 5 cameras with 16 channels each, allowing tomographic reconstruction of the plasma emissions (using the EBITA code). [1] [2] [3]

The system is located in sector A2, at φ = 104.5°. The signals are stored in the TJ-II database with the names 'RXxyy', where 'x' = 1,...,5 (corresponding to the five arrays) and 'yy' = 01,...,16 (corresponding to the 16 channels).
