TJ-II:Multifilter electron temperature diagnostic

A multifilter electron temperature diagnostic is under development at TJ-II. [1] [2] Its purpose is to obtain multichord electron temperature measurements in high density plasmas, where the Electron Cyclotron Emission diagnostic is inoperative due to cutoff.
