The TJ-II bolometry system for tomographic reconstruction

TJ-II has several bolometry systems [1]

  • Three 20-channel pinhole cameras in sector B7, monitoring the same poloidal section and used for tomographic reconstructions [2] of the total plasma emissivity
  • One 16-channel camera in sector C2
  • Two pairs of single bolometers, labelled Top-Out, Bot-Out, and Top-In, Bot-In, viewing equivalent plasma regions
