TJ-II:Compact Neutral Particle Analyzer

Revision as of 18:39, 2 November 2009 by Admin (talk | contribs)

A Compact Neutral Particle Analyzer (CNPA), developed by the A.F. Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute, has been installed on TJ-II. [1] [2] It detects H0 atoms in the energy range from 1 to 44 keV, and has 16 detection channels at fixed energy. It is installed in sector B1. This diagnostic is devoted to studying the high-energy tails during Neutral Beam Injection heating. [3]
